Reignite Collective LLC offers personal coaching, online masterclasses, retreats, speaking engagements, and related digital content for women navigating midlife and post-divorce transitions. Services are provided by Heather Theisen-Gándara, EdD, a CDC-certified divorce coach.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any of our services. By using our website or purchasing a service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments and Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been expressly arranged. We use third-party payment processors; your payment information is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect on future purchases.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital and coaching services, all sales are generally final. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented extenuating circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to heather@reignitecollective.com within 7 days of purchase. Retreats and live events have their own cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of registration.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Coaching sessions must be scheduled through our booking link. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; we will provide reasonable advance notice in such cases.
