​A week after my youngest child left for college, my husband of 24 years asked me for a divorce. The anxiety, guilt, confusion, and shame were immediate and all consuming. I leaned into the survival skills I had learned as a childhood abuse survivor and over the next two years, I reclaimed my financial independence, lost nearly 100 pounds through the combination of strength training and balanced nutrition, and created a new life filled with self-care, purpose, and power. Now, I help women do the same—step into their power with wellness, financial clarity, confidence, and holistic results. Through group and individual coaching, curriculum, and community, I work with women as their thinking partners and help them reignite their life’s purpose.
